Layer cake of carasau bread, figs, Bock Chiara 5 luppoli, ham
BEER AS INGREDIENT:
5 Luppoli Bock Chiara.

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
140 g of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
80 g of Parma Ham
100 g of carasau bread
80 g of dried figs of Carmignano
50 g of salad
20 g of white sesame
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Let soak for at least 15 minutes most of the figs of Carmignano in 40 g of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli, then cut into thin slices.
Add in the remaining 100 g of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli the rest of the figs of Carmignano, whisk well to obtain a puree and use it for dressing salad by adding white sesame and salt.
Cut the ham into thin slices.
Presentation:
Place the carasau bread into three layers alternating with seasoned salad, Parma ham and figs, soaked and cut into small slices.
