Salad of sturgeon and flowers

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
240 g fillet of raw sturgeon
20 g of EVO oil
Lemon juice to taste
12 g of mixed salad
Edible mixed flowers to taste
Chervil to taste
Chopped onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Slice the sturgeon, beat slightly getting small slices
Create with olive oil and lemon juice a citronette, adjust flavor
Arrange the salad on plates
Dip the sturgeon slices in citronette
Lay them over the salad seasoned with the citronette too
Presentation:
Garnish with edible flowers
