5 Luppoli Bock Chiara.
Recipe ingredients:

Rolls of Lemon of Amalfi Coast with amberjack
4 Lemons of Amalfi Coast i.g.p.
300 g of filleted amberjack
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sauce of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
2 bottles of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
1 dl of Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Rolls of Lemon of Amalfi Coast with amberjack
Wash the lemons of Amalfi Coast, cut into thin slices, blanch in boiling water for a few seconds and then cool them, after lay at the center of each a cube of salty and spicy amberjack, wrap, forming rolls, block them with toothpicks and cook in a pan for 10 minutes at 160° C.
Sauce of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
Reduce the Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
beer at low heat until it acquires the desired density.
Presentation:
Pour on the plates the sauce of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli and place in the middle the rolls of Limon of Amalfi Coast and amberjack. Finish with extra virgin olive oil.
