Recipe ingredients:
Toasted bread of Altamura to tasteBurrata cheese to taste
Anchovy sauce to taste
Chicory to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh oregano to taste
Chilli to taste
Preparation:
Blanch the chicory and cool them in cold water. Toast the bread of Altamura d.o.p. in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Presentation:
Deposit in finger-food poons in order: butter, anchovy sauce, chicory, chili mirepoix and a square of toasted bread of Altamura, and finally the oregano.
