4 Carrots of Fucino Plateau i.g.p.
30 cl of unsweetened coconut milk
Fresh coriander to taste
Salt to taste
Hot croutons to taste

Preparation:

Dice a third of the carrots of Fucino Plateau i.g.p.
Centrifuge the remaining carrots and mix with the coconut milk and adjust the flavor.

Presentation:
