Broad bean salad

Recipe ingredients:

300 g of fresh broad beans
200 g of fresh Pecorino cheese d.o.p of Sardinia
1 lemon
200 g of mullet roe
Washed and dried salad
Fior de sal to taste

pepper to taste

Preparation:

Blanch and peel the broad beans. Cut the mullet into strips. Grate the lemon zest and juice the peeled lemon.

Presentation:

Serve distributing salad, broad beans and mullet strips, season with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, Pecorino cheese and fleur de sel and lemon zest.
