Grilled octopus
3 Luppoli.
Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
1 octopus of 1500 g
4 medium potatoes
1 white onion
40 g of butter
Parsley to taste
Oil EVO to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Clean and gut the octopus
Cook in boiling water for 40 minutes
Remove from water and cool
Wash the potatoes
Cook for 20 minutes in water, leaving them still slightly raw inside
Cool, peel and cut them getting washers 5 mm thick
Finely chop the onion, put them in a pan with butter and simmer gently, add salt and pepper
Remove the onions and put the potatoes slices with more butter and saute gently
Cut the octopus into pieces
Heat the grill to barbeque
Rub the pieces of octopus with olive oil
Grill quickly
Presentation:
Put the potatoes in a dish, forming layers with onions
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
Arrange on top of the grilled octopus
