Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
40 g of wild chicory
20 g of St. Peter herb
10 g of dandelion
20 g of taraxacum
50 g of garden cress
60 g of field radicchio
4 slices of lard of Colonnata
Apple cider vinegar to taste
EVO Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cleanse away all salads.
Chop according to the quality.
Put them in a bowl.
Heat slightly the oil with the vinegar and salt and pepper to obtain a vinaigrette.
Presentation:
Place the salad on plates.
Dress with vinaigrette.
Serve with lard slices.
