Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
350 g of whole wheat flour spaghetti
5 g of sorrel
60 g of fish eggs of Orbetello
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, put them in a bowl of iced water to cool then drain, dry them, store them in a bowl and then dress with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Presentation:
Place the spaghetti in a dish braid-like and decorate with sorrel leaves and scales of fish eggs of Orbetello.
