Crushed-ice 7 Luppoli beer drink with oysters

Recipe ingredients:

66 cl of 7 Lupppoli La Fiorita beer
4 Belon quality oysters
Smoked Maldon salt

Preparation:

Open the oysters, separate the water from the mollusk
Pour the 7 Luppoli La Fiorita beer into a steel container
Add oysters water and put in the freezer
