Recipe ingredients:

250 g of short crust pastry
150 g of butter
130 g of sugar
800 g of Pippin apples
One vanilla berry
Preparation:
Pour sugar in the bottom of an iron baking pan

Mix well and add the vanilla berries
Remove from heat
Peel and cut the apples into large slices
