Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)Water-ice of Lemon of Amalfi Coast i.g.p.
180 g of syrup (100 g of water, 100 g of sugar)
300 g of juice of lemons on the Amalfi Coast i.g.p.
200 g of water
Roasted prawns
4 prawns
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Decoration
Parsley leaves to taste
Small slices of lemons of Amalfi Coast i.g.p. to taste
Preparation:
Water-ice of Lemon of Amalfi Coast i.g.p.
Make a syrup boiling water and sugar, then stir and add water and juice of lemons of Amalfi Coast, place it in the freezer for a day and then obtain the water-ice.
Roasted prawns
Clean the prawns and roast in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Presentation:
Pour the water-ice in a glass and place on the top of a prawn skewered on a wood stick, a small slice of lemon of Amalfi Coast and a leaf of parsley.
