Chicken stewed in Bock Chiara 5 luppoli, patty-cake of carrots

5 Luppoli Bock Chiara.

Recipe ingredients:

(for 4 people)

Chicken stewed in Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
4 chicken thighs
A carrot
An onion
A leek
A celery stalk
66 cl of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
30 g of butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Patty-cake:
300 g of carrots of Fucino plateau i.g.p.
250 g of milk
25 g of butter
30 g of wheat flour 00
4 eggs
1 g of cardamom seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Julienne onion, leek, celery and carrots.
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with butter.
Clean, bone and tie up the chicken thighs.
Sprinkle with beer, add salt and pepper.
Bake at 140 ° C for 45 minutes.

Patty-cake:
Cook milk with cardamom seeds until boiling.
Apart in a pan melt the butter and add flour.
Pour in filtered milk and cook until you get a thick bechamel.
Season to taste.
Cook steaming the carrots.
Blend and sieve.
Add blended carrots in bechamel.
Mix the eggs.
Grease and flour the pudding molds.
Pour in them the mixture.
Bake at 150° for 25 min.

Presentation:

Place vegetables on a plate.
Place the thighs and sauce them with the beer gravy.
Serve with the carrot patty-cake.
