Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
1 chicken from 1.5 kg
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of fresh tarragon
2 g of chopped tarragon
1/2 dl white wine vinegar
1.5 dl of 9 Luppoli Belgian Blanche
1 l of vegetable stock
30 g of EVO oil
100 g of fresh tomato pulp
100 g of fresh tomato pulp into cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Sieve the sauce, thicken and fit with the remaining oil
Add the chopped tarragon and diced tomato
Add the chicken to the sauce

Presentation:
Spread the sauce on the bottom of the dish
