Toast with goose salami and red onion chutney

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
a baguette
Goose Salami of Mortara i.g.p. to taste
1 kg of red onions
A cinnamon stick
500 g of sugar
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Chervil to taste
Preparation:
Cut the onions into julienne strips and cook them in the sugar on low heat for about an hour with the cinnamon stick. Cut the baguette in order to obtain toasts and toast in the oven.
Presentation:
Place on toast a slice of goose salami of Mortara top with red onion chutney and a small peak of chervil.
