Lard of Colonnata i.g.p., cod and green beans

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
120 g of Lard of Colonnata i.g.p. sliced
250 g of dried cod already
200 g of thin green beans
2 g of garlic
2 g of parsley
1 g of rosemary
Cervia salt to taste
Chili powder to taste
10 g of already cleaned chervil
Preparation:
Steam cook the cod, then flake and sprinkle with chopped garlic, parsley and rosemary. Cut green beans into 3 cm long lozenges and steam them.
Slice the bacon
Cook steaming the cod
Cut green beans in lozenges of 3 cm in length
Steam
Exfoliate the cod and sprinkle with the chopped herbs
Presentation:
Sprinkle the dishes with chili
Alternate the cod with green beans
Place lard slices on top
Garnish with chervil and salt
