Formadi Frant cheese and pears
BEER PAIRING:

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
100 g of fresh formadi frant
2 pears Abbot
50 g of refined sugar
A small fresh chilli
4 thin slices of 7 grain bread
Preparation:
Clean up the red pepper from stem and seeds,whisk it with sugar and caramelize, so add peeled and diced pears, let them caramelize and then cool them immediately.
Toast the bread in salamander.
Presentation:
Place the Formadi frant cheese on toasted bread and top with some pear caramelized cubes flavoured with red pepper.
