Recipe ingredients:

240 g of Banshu soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
100 g of EVO oil
1 fresh chilli
4 cloves of garlic
40 g of fresh cream
40 g of parsley
Preparation:
Blanch in water for several times garlic without the internal sprout
