Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
400 gr white chocolate
150 gr puffed rise Vialone Nano Veronese i.g.p.
Fresh soft fruit to taste
Icing sugar to taste
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate, add the puffed rice Vialone Nano Veronese, mix and pour in steel rings with a diameter of about 2 cm. forming small crunchy discs, then wait that the mixture gets cold and then remove the rings.
Presentation:
Serve as a little snack with fresh soft fruit sprinkled with icing sugar.
