Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
240 g of rigatoni pasta
60 g of speck ham thick 3 mm
200 g of catalonia
One clove garlic
100 g of EVO oil
50 g of shallots
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Boil well salted water
Cleanse away and chop the catalonia
Cook in salted water and cool
Sauté the garlic in the oil, remove the garlic and place the shallots and catalonia
Cook for 5 minutes
Blend and obtain a smooth cream
Cut the speck ham into strips
Sauté gently in a pan
