Frying of Castelmagno d.o.p. with honey and black peper

Recipe ingredients:
(for 6 people)
300 g of Castelmagno cheese d.o.p. 9 months aged
200 g of corn starch
150 ml of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
50 g of honey
15 g of coarsely ground black pepper
Crushed ice to taste
Oil for frying to taste
Preparation:
Mix in a bowl the cornstarch with the Bock Chiara 5 luppoli and crushed ice in order to obtain a semi-dense batter. Cool, pour the Castelmagno d.o.p. Cut into slivers, pick them up and then fry in hot oil (180/200°C).
Presentation:
Serve with warm honey and black pepper.
