Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
4 slices of Carasau bread
200 g of smoked anchovy fillets
100 g of fresh Fiore Sardo d.o.p. (in slices)
Season Green salad
Preparation:
Soak the slices of Carasau bread by spraying water with a nebulizer, and once become sufficiently elastic, start placing on them the salad, then smoked anchovy fillets cut into pieces and then the slices of Fiore Sardo d.o.p. cheese, then wrap them forming rolls.
Presentation:
Serve the Carasua bread rolls wrapped in napkins.
