80 g of 4 Luppoli Premium Lager
Pearl barley
150 g of pearl barley

30 g of coffee powder
Reduction of 4 Luppoli Premium Lager
3 dl of 4 Luppoli Premium Lager
Preparation:
Puree of beans of Controne
Fry slightly chopped celery, carrot and onion, add beans of Controne previously soaked in cold water for 8 hours and then drained, let them cool and blend with the 4 Luppoli Premium Lager, then add vegetable broth and cook until beans are completing cooked, then blend the mixture and keep warm.
Pearl barley
Cook in plentiful salted water the pearl barley and drain
Reduction of 4 luppoli premium lager
Boiling and reduce to 2 cl
Presentation:
Add the pearl barley to puree of bean of Controne, pour into a shallow dish, sprinkle with coffee powder and top with a few drops of 4 Luppoli Premium Lager reduction.
