Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
Pitted green olives of Ascoli Piceno d.o.p. to taste
100 g of Roman Ricotta cheese d.o.p.
Wasabi sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
200 g of wheat flour type 00
70 g of water
A yolk
Chopped black olives to taste
Oil for frying to taste
Preparation:
Whisk the Roman ricotta cheese making it smooth, then flavor it with wasabi sauce, salt and pepper and use the obtained mixture to stuff the olives of Ascoli Piceno with. Make the tempura with flour, water, egg and chopped black olives, dip in it the stuffed olives and then fry them.
