Recipe ingredients:

Passatelli pasta of Chestnuts of Mugello i.g.p.
200 g of bread
100 g of mashed Chestnuts of Mugello i.g.p.
100 g of Parmesan d.o.p.
3 eggs
White Chicken broth
Dressing
Rosemary to taste
200 g pumpkin
Butter to taste
Preparation:
Passatelli pasta of Chestnuts of Mugello i.g.p.
Mix bread, mashed Chestnuts of Mugello, Parmesan cheese and eggs with a special tool for passatelli, then cook them in white chicken broth.
Dressing
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small cubes, sauté them with butter and add the rosemary.
Presentation:
Add the passatelli to the dressing and serve.
