Prawns and artichokes

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)16 fresh prawns
4 artichokes
Typical Ligurian extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice to taste
Mint leaves to taste
Marjoram leaves to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Clean the prawns by removing the intestines and getting the tail clean
Open them in half lengthwise
Place them between two sheets of baking paper
Beat slightly with a meat tenderizer
Let cool in the fridge
Peel the artichokes and cut into thin julienne
Put them in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice, oil, salt and finely chopped mint leaves
Presentation:
Place the shrimp on the bottom of the plates giving 4 discs shape
Add in the middle the artichokes
Decorate with marjoram leaves
