Rolls of South Tyrolean Speck i.g.p., turnip and apple

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
4 slices of South Tyrolean Speck i.g.p.
Half turnip
Half green apple
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Preparation:
Spread the slices of South Tyrolean Speck, place in the middle of each one white turnips, cut into julienne strips and dressed with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, then wrap them forming stuffed rolls. Apart blend of green apple with a little lemon juice and pass through a sieve obtaining a puree.
Presentation:
Place the green apple puree in finger-food teaspoons and lay it over the rolls of South Tyrolean Speak stuffed with white turnips.
