Altamura bread d.o.p. to taste
Tomato water to taste
Tomatoes to taste
Barattiere cucumber to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh oregano to taste
Preparation:
Soak the bread of Altamura in tomato water. Cut the Barattiere cucumber and tomatoes to obtain cubes of 2.5 cm per side, then dress with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Presentation:
Serve with fresh oregano and tomato confit.
