Lard of Colonnata i.g.p., banana and honey

Recipe ingredients:
(for 4 people)
200 g of Lard of Colonnata i.g.p. Cut into slices
10 dried plums
10 slices of banana
10 chestnut
20 g of chestnut honey
10 toasted almonds
Coffee powder to taste
Preparation:
Cook the chestnuts in water over low heat, drain and peel them. In a saucepan roast the bananas (with a little pinch of coffee ). Roast in the oven the plums and drizzle with chestnut honey.
Wrap with Lard of Colonnata i.g.p. the prunes, stuffed with toasted almonds, the banana wheels and the chestnuts.
Presentation:
Spear on a stick alternating a plum, a chestnut and a slice of banana all of them wrapped in Lard of Colonnata and place the skewers on a plate.
