100 g of scorzonera
100 g of scorzobianca
100 g of Jerusalem artichokes
100 g of beetroot
100 g of white turnips
100 g celery root
100 g of kohlrabi
1 lt 7 Luppoli beer
100 g of sugar
50 g of white vinegar
5 g of salt

Preparation:

Clean and coarsely chop the vegetables.
Bring to boil the 7 Luppoli beer and add the remaining ingredients.
